MIDAPACK for CMB data analysis

Midapack is a library aiming at the crucial stages down the CMB data analysis pipeline. In its current form, the library provides tools for computing spherical harmonic transforms on heterogeneous architectures, and algorithms for finding the solution to a generalized least squares problem.
